1. How do I know if the cap will fit me?
Our models are generally adjustable and cover a head circumference between 55 and 60 cm, which is suitable for the vast majority of people, men or women.
To be sure of the size, measure your head circumference using a tape measure,
just above the eyebrows and ears.
If your measurement is between 55 and 60 cm, our caps will fit you perfectly.
Some models may run slightly smaller (e.g. 54–58 cm) or slightly larger (e.g. 56–61 cm), depending on the fit. The exact size is always indicated in the product sheet.
2. Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the following countries:
France, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
We are gradually expanding our delivery areas. If your country is not yet on the list, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to offer you a solution.
3. What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days from the date your order is confirmed. This time may vary depending on the destination and any carrier constraints.

4. Can I return or exchange my cap?
Yes, of course! You have 14 days after receipt to return your cap if it doesn't suit you. It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging . See our refund policy for return conditions.

5. Are the colors of the caps true to the photos?
We make every effort to ensure that the photos reflect the actual colors as closely as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on the lighting or configuration of your screen.
6. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) as well as via PayPal or Apple Pay. All transactions are 100% secure .
7. How can I be sure of the quality?
We carefully select our suppliers and products before offering them.
Each cap is chosen for its design, durability and comfort . And above all: customer satisfaction is our priority .
8. Why do I get a message when my order exceeds €149?
Don't worry! This message is only displayed because of European accounting rules that we must comply with for certain orders exceeding this amount.
This is not a problem with your cart or checkout .
What if my order exceeds this amount?
If your order exceeds €149, you can simply split it into two (or more) smaller orders, each below this threshold, to complete your purchase easily.
Free delivery tip: delivery is free for all orders over €30 .
If, in this specific case , one of your orders is below this amount, contact us : we will be happy to offer you delivery as well.
